Allocations may occur resulting in a refund of your order.  Quantities cannot be guaranteed. Waves can not be guaranteed. We will limit PREORDERS to do our best not to run into a situations that requires refunds.

There are no cancellations or refunds for any other reason except due to allocation. 

We receive our product directly from certified Pokemon distributors. They arrive brand new and factory sealed. Maximus Collectibles is not responsible for any manufacturer defects to the packaging or it's contents.  This includes rips, tears, or content issues
