This Online Purchases Return Policy may be incorporated into and in addition to Maximus Collectibles Terms of Use.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases you may return any eligible item within 10 days of the date of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund your item must be new and in the original condition that you received it. Any clothing must be clean, unwashed and unworn with all tags still attached. Any toys, plushies, or other non collectible card game items must be new and in the original packaging

Final sale items cannot be returned. Final sale items include, but are not limited to, digital products, Pokémon trading cards and products containing Pokémon trading cards, Yu-Gi-Oh Trading Cards, Dragon Ball Super Trading Cards, Collectible Sports Cards, and all other, but not limited to, TCG, CCG, and OCG Cards . Digital products can include, but are not limited to, download codes for video games and video game expansions, Code Cards, and other Misc. items.

Maximus Collectibles does not accept returns of any pre-order purchases. All pre-order purchases are final, even if purchased items are delayed, damaged in transit, or have other imperfections upon initial inspection. Please see our pre-order policy for more information, or reach us at

Please make sure the product is adequately packed, and whenever possible please return products in the original box they were sent to you in. 

Once your returned item is received, we will notify you via email that we have received your item and that the refund is in process. All refunds go to the original purchaser. Credits or refunds will be made to the same method of payment and account used to place the original order. 

Maximus Collectibles reserves the right to charge a restocking fee not to exceed 25% of the total original purchase price. Maximus Collectibles also reserves the right to refund you the amount of the item at the current listed purchase price of the returned item(s) at the time of processing.

Replacement and exchange are not supported. Customers may return their original order for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. You will be responsible for paying the new price for the replacement item.
